Booking that calculates for you
Enter the number of pieces and get exactly that many rows. Volumetric weight, chargeable weight and the charge update while you type, with a draft saved automatically.
A price list per client
Weight bands, per-kilo rates, pallet surcharges and extra charges, with effective dates. Assign a rate card to each client and keep authorised overrides on the audit trail.
Labels for the printer you have
Two notes on one A4 sheet, or 100 x 150 mm thermal labels. Multi-piece shipments are numbered 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 with a barcode each.
Arrival Box
A scanner-first screen for the morning inbound: instant sound and colour feedback, piece-by-piece tracking and a list of incomplete arrivals.
Runsheets by delivery area
Define zones by postcode or city and give each a driver. Scanning assigns the shipment automatically; reassigning is one click and always recorded.
COD reconciliation
Every COD shipment on a runsheet is money the driver owes. Record what is handed in, in cash or cheque, and see what is still outstanding per driver.
Invoices and receipts
Invoice from shipment charges, record cash, cheque, JCC or bank deposit, and e-mail the PDF. Numbering, tax and branding are yours to configure.
Reports you can export
Shipments by date and client, import versus export, drivers, COD, invoices and payment methods. Every figure exports to CSV or Excel.
